  I receive an error message when attempting to login to HP CSN.
You must use your HP Passport ID and password to log into HP CSN. If this is not successful, please see below for assistance.

  I forgot my CSN HP Passport password.
Click the above link if you need to reset your password. A link will be sent to your e-mail address to reset your password. If this is not successful, please see below for assistance.

  I forgot my CSN HP Passport user ID.
Click the above link to go to the HP Passport site home page if you need to find your user ID. If this is not successful, please see below for assistance.

  I am an existing user of the HP Channel Services Network.
Ensure you are using your CSN HP Passport ID. If you continue to have a problem logging in, please use one of the above applicable links to reset your password. If that is not successful, please contact us for assistance.

  I have exceeded the maximum number of login attempts.
Your account will be locked until you go to the "I forgot my CSN HP Passport Password" link above to reset your password.

  How long will my CSN account remain active if I do not use it?
Regular users must log in every 90 days to keep the account from going dormant. CSN users with User admin capability must login every 45 days. If you have exceeded the time limit and are unable to log in, please contact your applicable CSN country support center for assistance.

  I want to get a HP Channels Services Network user account
HP CSN is reserved for HP Services Providers and Authorized Self Maintainers only. You should contact your HP CSN administrator at your company to get a CSN User account. If you are unable to identify your CSN administrator, please click the other problems link below, and submit your request for a CSN User account.
